Here’s what you gotta doTODAY:
Get a sheet of paper & a pen, then sit in a quiet place.
Fold the paper in half vertically.
Write downeveryfear you have on one side of the paper. (BTW, you may need two sheets).
Once you have completed the list, walk away and think about all of your fears, come back in an hour. (If it was a long list take 2 hours).
Sit back down, unfold the paper(s) and write an attack action on the other side. (An attack action is what you are going to do to eliminate the fear).
Set a date to complete the entire list. (Write the date on the paper).
To ensure you are accountable, scan the list and then email it to a friend. (If your friend is a “Scaredy Cat” too, send them this blog and email the list to us: firstname.lastname@example.org).

This is easy for you all to say. You’re right it’s easy for us to say NOW, because we’ve already done it. You see, we’ve spent many, many years trapped in our fears. Then we realized that we weren’t living, we were merely existing. The good news for you is that, we know what it feels like to be afraid, confront the fear and move past it. We’ve done it and so can you!
