Ask your staff to ask, “why,” questions until they run out of questions to ask.
Ask a third party to come into your organization and ask, “why” questions until they run out of questions to ask.

It’s simple, when you ask questions your brain is forced to find answers. Thus far, you’ve assessed your problems instead of exploring solutions. By asking the questions it’s getting you out of your rut and starts you on your path of discovery. This in turn leads you to the highway of recovery.
In essence, you end up with the answers to put the right people, in the right seats, on the bus going in the right direction.
